Fierce Fitness
Fierce Fitness was born from a hard truth. The job I loved stopped loving me back, and my body hurt. Pain made my world small. I stopped doing what I loved and stopped showing up for everyone, including myself. I finally admitted the pain ran deeper than tight muscles. Healing started when I looked inward, set my ego aside, and returned to my body one small practice at a time.
In perimenopause, recovery has new rules. It was a signal to train differently and care for my whole being. I chose a holistic path of calm movement, focused strength, and recovery that actually sticks. I built this space to help others do the same and feel at home in their bodies again.
Fierce Fitness helps women build confidence through intentional movement. We blend mobility, pole, and dance with mindset practices for grounded strength and a deeper connection to your body.
